On Call Services
Dr. Tran provides on-call care for many local eye doctors' offices after hours. While he is not affiliated with these offices, he is available to provide urgent and emergency eye care when he is the scheduled on-call doctor.
We want to ensure you receive the care you need, but please be aware that your insurance may or may not cover services provided in our private office. You may be responsible for any out-of-pocket costs or denied charges. If you have any questions about coverage, we encourage you to check with your insurance provider.
Dr. Tran also provides on-call services at Sequoia Hospital and Mills Peninsula Hospital. If you are referred by an Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or another doctor’s office, their priority is to address your medical needs, and they may not discuss insurance coverage with you at the time of referral. While hospitals provide emergency care without insurance restrictions, private offices do have insurance limitations.
If you have any concerns about coverage, we recommend checking with the referring doctor or your insurance provider before your visit. Feel free to reach out to our team if you have any questions.
Credit Card Payment Policy
We understand that sometimes payment preferences change. If you've already made a payment and need to switch to a different credit card, we’re happy to help! Please note that a 5% processing fee will apply to cover the costs we incur from handling multiple transactions, including credit card fees and the administrative work required to process the refund and new payment.
