We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during the shelter-in-place. As this situation continues to evolve, we will post updates on our website. If you have an appointment that was booked prior to the shelter-in-place our office will be calling to see if you would like to keep or reschedule your appointment. If you have an upcoming surgery scheduled our staff will be reaching out to you to cancel the procedure.
We are committed to providing a safe facility for our patients, staff, doctors and community. Please call our office first if you need to be seen and we will schedule an appointment for you. When you arrive at our parking lot, we kindly ask that you call our office to let us know you are here. If you have not already completed the paperwork, which is available to print online, our staff will bring the paperwork to your vehicle and get your insurance cards to scan. Our staff will either call you or walk to your vehicle when it is time for you to be seen. The goal is to limit the number of people in the office to provide a safe patient environment. We kindly request that the patient enters the office building alone, unless they are a minor or if it is necessary to have someone accompany them. We also request that everyone entering the office wears a face covering. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation.
Please do not come to our office if:
You can contact our office and one of our doctors will be in touch and let you know how to proceed.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time. Please feel free to reach out to us via email if you have any questions.
