We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during the shelter-in-place. We are pleased to announce we are now open for routine care and optical services.
If you have an appointment that was booked prior to the shelter-in-place our office will be calling to see if you would like to keep or reschedule your appointment. If you have an upcoming surgery scheduled our staff will be reaching out to you to cancel the procedure. Unfortunately, we do not have a date for when surgeries can resume.
We are committed to providing a safe facility for our patients, staff, doctors and community. Please call our office first if you need to be seen and we will schedule an appointment for you. When you arrive at our parking lot, we kindly ask that you call our office to let us know you are here. If you have not already completed the paperwork, which is available to print online, our staff will bring the paperwork to your vehicle, get your insurance cards to scan and check your temperature. Our staff will either call you or walk to your vehicle when it is time for you to be seen. The goal is to limit the number of people in the office to provide a safe patient environment. We kindly request that the patient enters the office building alone, unless they are a minor or if it is necessary to have someone accompany them. We also request that everyone entering the office wears a face covering. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation.
Please do not come to our office if:
You can contact our office and one of our doctors will be in touch and let you know how to proceed.
We have implemented safety protocols to help provide a safe patient experience, including temperature checks, face masks and face shields, sanitation of each exam room prior to every patient encounter and regularly disinfecting door knobs and common areas. Patients who would like to look at eyeglasses are required to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. In addition, all eyeglass frames are set aside for UV sanitation.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
